EnviroXtract Management Statement: James Cheney, CEO, reports that the Company will immediately begin modifying its current stock structure through a series of voluntary reductions in the number of issued and outstanding shares, combined with a significant reduction in the number of Authorized shares. The Company does not plan to initiate a reverse split of its Common stock in the foreseeable future.
