I think it is also important to remember that the judge just like any judge should be uses EVIDENCE to support findings of the court. If you recall during the first confirmation hearing our EC counsel relied on the cross examination of witnesses and submitted no evidence whatsoever at that time while knowing the plan was doomed even without it.
This time around however loads of EVIDENCE was submitted to the court and put on record in regards to IT,the debtors and other parties in the case. So I guess what I am saying is it becomes much harder for a judge to overlook a mountain of evidence against the plan being put forward in good faith.
I am completely convinced that hell would have to freeze over before she puts herself in the position of overlooking evidence to cover up a crime just for the expediency of the case. I bought more today and will continue to do so because in my mind the POR is DOA due to EVIDENCE against almost every part of it being faulty.

Large Green, it shouldn't have come down to the IT allegations... That is, having all our eggs in the lone IT basket wasn't good... Hopefully, since then, this weak Judge has woken up to everything else that has been going on...
You have way more faith in Walrath than I do... She has repeatedly let us down... Let's hope she hasn't been corrupted...
