Savy1 you are absolutely wrong. MM's have nothing to do with trading these penny stocks. Their computers take orders and execute matches, nothing else. Ask you broker how it works. I can assure you that there is no floor traders sitting at their computers looking for buyers or sellers in CAVR nor are they buying or selling for their own accounts.

If there is a All or Nothing, you won't see the numbers, it won't show. It will look like you're describing, but it is not a short.
