Hello all. I think a few of the posters should calm down. I do not post that often but will continue to do so when I feel I have something to contribute. We should all be happy that we will now be the owners of 2 companies instead of one. The news release was very clear today that the new co is planned to be listed on an exchange that will require a 3-5 $ share price. Of course there are no garauntees but that is how the release reads. Should this come to pass the value of the new shares, accounting for the 40 to 1, means a value of 7.5-12.5 cents. Don't now about you but I will be very happy with that. I have read posts that ex is back promoting the stock and I hope it is not true, or that they do not push it too much, as this only brings in the wrong short term investors. I have read Willy posting that ALL orders are routed electronically to MM'S and that there is no human involvement. I can state categorically that this is not true. Most of the MM'S you see on this stock, or other pinks, will take orders directly and their traders may play as well. As they are market makers they are not required to square positions daily and in most cases can skirt reporting requirements. For Willy to state that it is impossible for a MM to be short is unfounded......how would he know. I am not saying he is wrong just that there is no possible way for him to know. IMO there is a MM short position that is yet unresolved. I have watched HDSN sell 3 million+ shares and never buy. There have been other signs easily recognized by seasoned traders. What I like best about the spinout, and have said it before in other posts, is that if (as no one can say for sure) there is anyone short they will HAVE to cover before ex dividend date because they can not create the spin out shares out of thin air. While they can play many games that is one beyond there grasp. I love the expression, that dog don't hunt, and find it most appropriate here. Either way, short or not, we will all now where we are at after the ex div date and we will know what's what based on the trading patterns leading up to it.
