There are other brokers in Canada, not just Questrade and how would one explain the conversation between myself and Questrade I posted in picture form, not typed out ...

So what is the deal In canada??? I am also a foreign investor and i have no idea why canadian investors have limitations... how does that work??

I'm from the U.S., but I currently live in Canada. I use ETrade in the states and OptionsXpress in Canada. I am overly satisfied with this setup. Scratcher, if your into options as well I would suggest moving in this direction. I have never had a problem trading optioons or stocks on OptionsXpress and I make at least a trade a day. Comissions are a little higher than Questrade I believe, but the platforms they have are exceptional.
