#780 RE: arno hintjens #777

Arno,

company is proceeding with its plan to move operation/production to the new Beijing facility. During this period I don't expect much "good" news.

I suspect the Beijing building will not be on time, plus they have to buy new machinery so that will drag on for some time. Land sale (partial) of Inner Mongolia will take some time if it happens.

Also, their projections have been far from perfect - but I believe they are not a fraud. Probably will do external DD again in January.

Company and CEO are trying to the best of their knowledge to execute this plan, but it will take time. I would not focus on the financials for the next 2Qs but rather progress/execution on the Beijing building and hospital market penetration. Also, clinical trials should be watched.

My conservative guess, is that the price will probably stay in this range or drift lower until Beijing ramps up successfully or there is an Inner Mongolia event.

Remember - this company has fixed assets which are conservatively valued at over $60-80mm (Beijing $40-50mm and Inner Mongolia $30mm) or 7 times its current valuation.

Expect minimal holding period of 1-2 years before valuations become realistic - that's assuming company delivers.
