Sorry, dear Yoda, you ignore the very expensive production systems that they have no money to purchase. Just moving-in in itself is of negligible value. They need to have an intensive production operation, which today seems beyond their depleting means. Just moving drugs around is of inferior strtegic position, which proves to be a loosing one. And the building RE value has no relevance to the market value, which can go to zero if the company's sales and cash flow deteriorate for lack of competitiveness. Hopefully, May 2012 10-K will shed sufficiently accurate light on their then state of business.
