and the fact that it is regressive to people that live far out in the country, who have no access to public transportation yet are compelled to pay for it.
There are lots of rural people left who already have to pay high gas taxes because there is no alternative to driving to a larger town to get basic services. Tacking more on so we have to pay a higher share because we have to drive more miles just because we don't live in cities is what... enticing us to move to the city?
The concept seems to think that those of us in the outback just drive around for the hell of it. LOL
