The Truth is & this is FACT, We have RISEN from the Ashes (Up over 1000%) & just Broke thru a wall @.012/Resistance & the PP's are Status Que, Holding at the ASK of .016...The Pile of Ashes is Starting to Glow.

Than there is SL Rescinding a Block to the BK, only after we HEARD (that's Right thru Nadine) a Rumor that Pl & SL have Kiss & Made Up. As Well As, That an Addendum is being Drawn up by SL's Attorney.

Those are Truths/Facts My Friend, the Writings on the Wall!!!

#1 - True but that is nothing to do with nothing... what has that have to do with DD?

#2 - SL rescinding his filing is a fact and not necessarily by Nadine, the fact is Lee is letting this go to BK Chap 7 instead of stopping it.... so how is it that they are in talks to get this going again but Lee is rescinding his filing? Paul has until Aug 24 to file a rebuttal and request the BK be revoked. If he doesn't try to stop it, the judge could very well let it go without a hearing since all have been set forth. If this goes to BK Chap 7 your shares are worthless... FACT.

As far as addendum, you do not know that as fact since no one has confirmed or proven that they are in talks and that an agreement has been reached... FACT.

So how can you say those are facts when they are assumptions and rumors based on hearsay.
