It's pretty much a foregone conclusion. With all due respect to this board, quote us is not a winning strategy.
A lot of people would have said that some of the efforts by O.J. Simpsons' team were laughable up until the jury ruled him not guilty. IMO you are correct snowblow. NOK is slinging everything they can at the wall figuring maybe something will stick. When 1/2 a billion $ are at stake, why not?; unless some of the others are correct in that a loss of credibility attached to such an effort would be to NOK's detriment.
