Why would Ron Shuttleworth risk so much including credibility?
It doesn't make any sense. But what he wrote, although dated the 15th, was pretty clear and had to have been written AFTER the Googolora deal.
"Process moving along as planned and that there are multiple bidders"
The only thing that is at all ambiguous is whether 'multiple biders' is a confirmation that IDCC has already received bids or whether what is meant is that there are multiple parties interested/still looking at the deal.
I'm sure that Ron and the Company are familiar with disclosure rules and neither would risk so much without this being true.
