Update: the first case shows the status as in trial. The second case was put on hold today due to a bankruptcy filing, it probably won't resume. So there are two other cases prior to calypso and the current case that is in trial.

That's the problem. We have at least one board member who still thinks he is in high school, or maybe grade school. But just like Daic interfered with the company and got sued, members of the board of directors can be sued if they do not do what is in the best interest for the shareholders. The best thing for the shareholders right now would be to get past the Daic issue quickly. If the Daic issue goes badly, let the lawsuits begin. So a warning to the board of directors - put the egos aside and do what's best for the shareholders or we'll see your asses in court.
