There is no room for egos in this situation. The ego deprives most people of good common sense. This is a business and decisions need to be based on making money and staying alive, otherwise it might make an interesting story, but you'll be broke and telling about what could have been. I think we are finding common ground.
Technically, the BOD is illegitimate as it was not elected by the shareholders. I also understand that there is at least one pending case to remove them in favor of a receiver. They are personally responsible for what they have done to CLYW. Could be very ugly unless they win against Daic.
Agree. Turrini's current conduct of the company PR effort, the effort made spending the shareholders money to flog himself as a "hero"... as if the issue that matters is a popularity contest... rather than the facts apparent in performance... is ludicrous.
