If/when it is said and done for IDCC they will release press to notify the public, otherwise they still have Evercore and Barclays still negotiating and crunching numbers. You don't announce you are suspending conference calls and not alert the public that is no longer the case and it is business as usual. So until notified as such IDCC is still in play.
