I wondering if Lying to the court is a crime by a lawyer that could result in disbarment. He told Judge Walrath that the BOLI/COLI had not been transferred to JPM, when it is clear he was lying and knew it had been. SNH's rep testified to this. He told her Equity was well-represented in Dec 2009, when he was not even negotiating for equity (especially using Quinn) because he and his firm were conflicted.
Like I said I would love to see the sealed closing by EC. :-)
