They seem to have performed incredibly well and also they seem to have incredible problems. It ends on a rather dour note, however it's alway typical accountant-speak that companies have a 'going concern' about whether they can raise capital again or not, so this remains as speculative as it ever was.

Not sure how I feel though about this going forward...
