I think those weird numbers are the psychology of the retail investor. Everyone else is going to sel at .0165 so I better put in at .0164

Relax!, savor the moment. .02 will come. Maybe by today! I want to see it come smoothly and the volume remain about where it is for now. We are still in the very early accumilation stages. I want this stage to last. I want this stage to push out the mm's (if possible).

If the mm's accumulate a ton of shares, they dump them when they want to get out. That is when the longs need to support the stock by buying, not selling.
