Its either GOOD or BAD.

Its bad that I didn't buy MMI ...but was going to do so.

Its good because you see what sort of valuations they are putting on IP companies.

The premium was pretty darn good.

Lets see how it plays out.

Bad = It may look like IDCC will be left at the alter.
(but only temporarily)

I rushed to pre-mkt trading and sold it all at $67. I started to sign in to my brokerage account when it was still at $75 lol. Unbelieveable!! News hasn't even gotten out yet so today could be ugly/volatile. This sucks!
