Seems like every company in this space and size range has eight to eleven person boards with biotech experience. We basically have a three person bod, all related with zero biotech experience. The price has been slammed and the company has to raise cash by selling at a low price. Why no help? I can't think of any good reasons but I can think of lots of bad ones.
