Once again after reading the prelimary proxy one has to wonder what mgmt and the BOD's motives are?

How do you not put a real COB in place and additional members on the BOD? There is no negative that could come of it other than forcing the board to do the right thing.

It is also shows that they will continue to go without a real PR firm.

Why mgmt does not want to attempt to get the share price up (not even talking about making fluff PR's) should be a concern to every shareholder and should be voiced to mgmt. I would say send it to IR but we really don't have one. All imo.
