Good post Coach and you'll get a number if different opinions on this. My opinion is any significant debt financing would not be good - AT THIS TIME. Maybe later. It would come from risk investors at most likely extreme cost to the company and it's shareholders. There's plenty of examples out there to prove what collateral damage can occur in these situations.
