Companies issue stock and have warrants all the time. Also companies borrow money from many different sources too. What value they create for the company and ultimately the share holders is what most of us are concerned about. Not the fact that shares or warrants were issued!

There are a few points that are important to note:

1. Has stock been issued?

If so at what price and what are the terms? ie do they have a 1 year hold etc....
are warrants attached? What are the terms? Warrants are nothing more than potential stock at a set price. Warrants don't get issued if they are not exercised. Who is going to excersise the warrants at .007 if the stock price is .007? You have to hold for one year. Your money is tied up and if the stock price goes down you cannot sell.

I would guess that SNEY if they went this route will offer the stock at equal or a higher price than before. The warrants had two terms but each were to be voided after 1 year.

Now if they borrowed money then I ask from whom? Bank, Capital partner group? What are the terms? Are stock attached to the loan?

The devil is in the detail........ Borrowing money for production, materials, exploration and the 10k's to produce REVENUE is money well borrowed. Yes, more shares lessons the value of everyones shares but if revenue is produced form this then we all gain more in the end... Every businessman in the world knows you leverage your time, effort, and capital to gain more! It's simple business. I suspect there are several business men and women here who would contest to this. This is why I have much respect for people who run small companies... They are the heart of an economy and take great risk to create a business.....

IMO>>>>>>>SNEY has shown great progress Thats why I am invested here for the long term... I'm not here for the get $$$ flip. I believe in SNEY and am willing to wait for the what I believe is the $$$$$$$ payoff. I ask no one else to follow and you should do your own dd. I have meet several very knowledgeable individuals here that share in my thoughts about SNEY!

Sney is far from perfect, but they have shown to be a real company with incredible potential.

FEAR IS THE LACK OF REASON - IMPATIENCE ATTACKS REASON MAKING ONE ACT IN FEAR.
