Spend $5000 going to Roofers school. Learn how to fix the roof yourself. Finish Roofers School, take the $2000 you have left to buy roofing supplies. Fix your roof yourself. At the end you have no money, a new roof and a skill as a roofer to support yourself for years to come. Take some of the money you make as a roofer and buy shares of XMDC then.
