That's simply not true and if it's your opinion it's not a very well-informed one. The $22 million financing they just announced, along with the expansion plans outlined in their investor presentation on pages 23-24

FCSC said they were going to "Selectively and slowly" roll it out. That is code for "We dont have enough money to market this on a large scale. That 22 million is a drop in the bucket compared to what they would need to be a juggernaut.

Just wait until they have to dilute again, the O/S balloons faster and faster the lower the pps goes. Then comes the reverse split.
