That's simply not true and if it's your opinion it's not a very well-informed one. The $22 million financing they just announced, along with the expansion plans outlined in their investor presentation on pages 23-24 (http://www.fibrocellscience.com/investors/pdf/Fibrocell_Investor_Presentation-July-2011.pdf) are good resource for making an assumption about their future manufacturing projections. That's only within their existing facility in Exton, PA.
