In the business enviornment today it would be nothing short of a miracle for any company with a negative balance sheet obtain bank financing.

thats why its a penny stock and thats why the dilution and thats why the O/S increases to fund operations and thats why the PPS falls

my point! WB does not owe any because WB can not borrow from banks to fund operations
