I don't think so puppy... profitable companies do. In the business enviornment today it would be nothing short of a miracle for any company with a negative balance sheet obtain bank financing. Therefore capital funding from 504 or equivelent isn't a loan that needs to be repaid. We just hope sooner or later it will pay off lol.
