Here's what I see with this filing and the filing by Aurelis, threatening to sue the Debtors and their professionals. The Debtors are running scared, they know they caved to JPM and let the SNH's and not conflicts counsel negotiate the GSA, they know they did not honor the court ordered fiduciary duty to the equity interests, they know they could be in serious financial and freedom trouble, so they are the dog in the other yard on the chain with the teeth and growling,, while the EC is on the sidewalk between the two yards watching the Dogs growl at each other and them.
This Judge has got to keep them chained up!
