SLMan...I think several of the attorneys here have recommended NOT to contact the ICC. I would agree let F&J and IDCC handle this, no need to "p" anyone off with pressure when they may still be contemplating a decision...JMO

do you really think they will tell you or anyone else anything? imo, all it will do is pi** them off. the only people they will relate ANY info to is the lawyers for IDCC and NOK. it has been posted that IDCC can't even contact the ICC/ICA. they have to wait just like everyone else.

SLman (AND ALL) -- for the nth time (as previously stated here by me and by others who can summon the minimal wit needed to comprehend the stunningly obvious) -- leave the ICA/ICC the #^*! alone!! -- as is always the case (respectively) with an arbitration they conduct, and as anybody with the attention span and intelligence of a gnat ought to be able to grasp, they will communicate only with (the counsel of record for) IDCC and NOK, and they will do so only when they're damned well good and ready -- that's it!! -- PERIOD!! -- got it!?
