WMO, I understand the process is Fayiz's brainchild, and I believe CTKH will be very profitable in time using it. However, I believe if the price were right, anything is up for sale.
I believe Fayiz believes the stock, even with billions of shares outstanding, will be selling in the dollars. With that belief, Fayiz might insist on a price of somewhere around 50 cents or more to sell it today. I seriously doubt anyone will pay that much today, but in a few years they may have wished they had.
As I understand it, Fayiz holds a lot of shares, I don't know if he'd be a billionair on a 50 cent offer, but I suspect it might be close. Even if it was only several hundred million to him, I think he'd have proved his point, and therefore he could take the money with his head held high.
