That's very interesting.

In the various SEC filings, not only does SavWatt have "exclusive marketing rights" for Unilumin street lighting, but the Maryland production center is supposed to be for Unilumin products:

"In furtherance of our new business, we have obtained the
exclusive marketing rights in the United States to sell LED
street lighting for Unilumin, a Chinese company as well as
setting up its distribution and production center in Maryland."

I can't find the post but somebody posted a lighting company web site link with the same exact picture savwatt has of an eco-pole on their web site.
