Well, I kept averaging down and It worked out quite well for me. I started buying in at 6 cents per share and kept periodically adding more shares even as the price went down to about half a cent per share. Persistence paid off for me and after BIEL's latest run, I finally made a profit.

Being long on BIEL works out in the long run, in my experience.
