Acc...I was going to ask how a company with millions in write off losses could owe taxes till I saw it is 941....FEDERAL PAYROLL TAX, SOCIAL SECURITY WITHOLDING AND MEDICARE WITHOLDING! Now Expo Holdings, Inc. is robbing it's own employees of their federal tax, SS and MC! Great...yeah it's wonderful to be working hard toward break even when you are stealing from the government AND your own employees. You seriously can NOT make this stuff up, LMAO. IMHO.

Whelp, so much for doghouse sales out of Kernersville making up for this mess?! With all this board chatter about disgruntled EXPH shareholders, hundreds of millions in MIA shorts @ 0.0001's & 2's, IRS liens, PinkSheet STOP warnings and no filed financials or Form 3's, sure makes me wonder how tool sales went on EBAY?!?!? Jeepers Creepers open da peepers! A confidence trick gone awry?! Nahhhhhh, they sold displays to Loew's!
EXPO EXPOSED ... to be continued. JMHO

What happens with the Federal tax liens filed naming Builders Choice Cabinets & Counter Tops Inc, which is now Cima Fine Cabinetry, a division of Expo Holdings, Inc. ?

So EXPO deducted the taxes from their employees and didn't submit those deductions to the IRS.

When each employeee files their tax returns they will have to show the amount of tax deducted by their employer, except that tax is still payable since the magnanimous EXPO MGNT ( you know, those folks with *integrity* ) didn't remit the deducted taxes to the IRS. It's unlikely the IRS would go after the EXPO employees for unpaid taxes that were deducted by EXPO but it is possible the IRS could reject their tax returns because the amount of tax deductions claimed weren't submitted to the IRS.

That is fraudulent theft against the employees as well as the IRS because the employees earned that money and they paid their taxes through deductions...money that was stolen from them.

JEEBUS.....those employees should demand to be paid their full hourly wage with NO deductions by EXPO so that they can make sure their taxes are submitted by themselves.

The EXPO MGMT steal from shareholders with monstrous Securities Violations and they steal from their employees.

Those jerks don't have any inkling what integrity means.

Another $23,677 was added to the EXPH IRS unpaid tax fund on 9/15/2011 for 6/30/2010 and 12/31/2010. Is this still a legit stock?

Kind of Tax-940 Tax period ended 12/30 2010 $1,433.49

SBB...here's the $127,139.77 Question...

JD announced he was stepping down from the company's highest held position....did this *decision* have anything to do with the following?:

"NOTICE OF FEDERAL TAX LIEN"

"As provided by sections 6321, 6322, and 6323 of the Internal Revenue Code, we are giving a notice that TAXES(including interest and penalties) have been assessed against the following- named taxpayer. WE HAVE MADE A DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OF THIS LIABILITY, BUT IT REMAINS UNPAID. THEREFORE, THERE IS A LIEN IN FAVOR OF THE UNITED STATES ON ALL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS TO PROPERTY BELONGING TO THIS TAXPAYER FOR THE AMOUNT OF THESE TAXES, AND ADDITIONAL PENALTIES, INTEREST, AND COSTS THAT MAY ACCRUE."

I see that EXPH added another $21 grand to their IRS debt for tax period ending 6/30/2011 on 11/1/2011. The total is now above $170,000. Is this still a legit company? I find it odd that the EXPH enablers never find this info with all the insider information they claim to have.
