Chalms, It would makes sense that the Dissmissal of the "Q" would be Communicated First, before, if not at the same time, the Addendum was Signed & Announced.
Legal Logistics would Indicate Dissmissal of "Q" & than Addendum Signed...It's All Good, We've been Holding @ .01 (ie: the Asking Price) for a quite a while, It's always the Last 10% of the Journey or the Project, that is the Toughest to Achieve & Sustain...
