It is true the company maybe hasn't responded as well as it should have. Then again it was the IR guy that was involved, they were all away or about to go away, not much information was available and they did come up with some answers.
There is absolutely no reason for WDRP to appear in court to defend itself. It was never accused of anything at all. It may or may not have been the VICTIM of manipulation.
Andrew did say he will be appearing before the AMF to deal with the allegations. I don't know if it's a court matter yet.
