Jim, the $5 billion price tag for Interdigital was supposedly mentioned by Dougherty's analyst as written in some article yesterday.

It's an analyst from Dougherty that will be speaking today, is that correct?

I'd love to hear them throw around that $5 billion number today - that's about $110/share.

I still think the final number will be higher, but such a comment will get a few new investors looking and buying.
