you must re-check your math. the 58% is not what i read in the filing. i don't see how you arrived at 36 million either.

i don't see dilution either if the share pool agreement is in effect. "Can't be thaaaat simple" i think it is very simple. you break the law, you should go to jail or repay the victim.

your previous posts use some very inflammatory words such a "crash". and then you ask why the share price is on a decline. are you not aware that some investors react to postings be it in a positive manner or a negative one?

Dilution IS the result of issuing more shares or increasing the OS. Not "diluting the OS" ???
