So where does that leave GCHC's post on June 1st that said:

"from inside the halls of justice will come some fantastic news about the removal of the scum that has held back progress in this company. in a matter of days all shareholders and the honest officers will rejoice "freedom at last, freedom at last". the beginning of laughter and the end to tears will set upon gchc in one dramatic swoop."

Is this it? Can't be thaaaat simple.

The long-standing agument on various threads that GCHC is a great buy because they aren't diluting the OS by issuing more shares looks shakey.

GCHC, what you must be saying is that to invalidate the 58% and therefore the vote itself, the true OS must be at least 16% higher than the 30 million or so that is commonly believed (that would put it north of about 36,000,000 shares).
