Heres my only issue with the post---the content made it sound like "something new" has occurred ---it has not per the TA. Folks have been posting issues with Penson/Zecco for weeks now. GRDO has been on trade for trade since March 3rd.

BTW--Madison said they are getting 10-15 requests PER DAY on stocks trading below .01.
