Codes, According to recent article the SEC doesn't recieve tax money rather their budet comes from fines levied on companies. Congress in their infinite wisdom just reduced SECs budget allowing them to keep less of the fine money. The remainder goes in the treasuries coffer. Pretty F@#*ing stupid move, eh?
