These guys are shifting gears to accelerate their product line into production... The acquisition which already has $20MM in revs, will help build a new corporate identity that meshes perfectly with what World Series of Golf plans to do... The intent here to me is pretty clear... Exciting times on the horizon...
Having just gone over the last 10-Q they filed, the company is dead. They've been dead for 2 years.
