The D.D here is quite simple for me... I actually knew about these guys years ago, and I'm sure some of you who watch poker have seen this on the ESPN Network in one of the breaks during the World Texas Main Event Tournaments... These guys are deeply rooted with the likes of the Daniel Negreunus & the Phil Ivey's... Heaviest Hitters in the game if you ask me...

The acquisition which already has $20MM in revs, will help build a new corporate identity that meshes perfectly with what World Series of Golf plans to do... The intent here to me is pretty clear...
