Google doesn't have to move soon for that reason because all license activities have probably put on hold at the moment. No encumbrances equals more value to a buyer.

IMMC, maybe GOOG and perhaps others would rather pay more and have certainty than to pay less and buy uncertainty......just thinking here.....

hrbart..idcc get,s a favorable cafc decision,LG signs,and then nok and erickson and we don,t need a goog takeover.I think the company would like that to happen,thats why GOOG MUST MOVE SOON...
