Question for the group:

If a new company doesn't have any money to pay for the audit to improve its status and therefore future price status and wants to cut down its debt for a potential institutional placement, shouldn't they dilute to get some money to pay for that $100K audit?

Remember, we have heard about some speculations that they are paying themselves. Please answer the question without any bias.
