#19394 RE: Paulness #19393

Stock options are quite common but not to this magnitude. I work in a company with 15 billion in revenues and the corporate officers get hundreds of thousands in options not millions with little dilution to the shareholders. If they are being rewarded then what are they being rewarded for? Shareholder value? Maybe, if you bought in the teens.

I don't have any time right now, but going off memory, I remember two things. #1, the most if not all options become actionable in 60 days if I remember correctly. And #2, the paragraph Arnold keeps reposting which states without much room for interpretation that the small group in charge of these options essentially can do whatever they want. I don't remember seeing anywhere any plan to space this out, control what they can be sold for (except at levels smaller than the current price), etc.

Please correct me if I am off base. Gotta run.
