I was thinking about the dilution that people think will occur to Cytogenix stock .First, I don't think it will be diluted for a few reasons It's in very strong hands and if its not traded it will not be diluted .Second ,these shares will be given out over a period of time and again its in strong hands .Third, their must be some sort of time for these shares eventually can be sold I don't think they can all go on the market at once for if they did the PPS would be driven down so much they wouldn't be worth to much ,there must be a formula of % of shares per quarter per person after a certain time passes that they can be sold and only a % of the stocks per person to protect such a stock slide in stock value, if and when they are sold . Again we don't know all the details and I wish we did ,but I would think that this scenario is quite reasonable and I would think that this type of thing is common in the stock option world . I will vote against such a stock option plan but if this scenario is true and if such a plan passes I will not feel as bad about the whole thing .
