What happened is Gary found out that he was required to buy workers compensation insurance for himself and Sharon so they called their salaries"consultations fees". Kinda funny as they have filed employment agreements with the SEC. But that is why there is SEC filings,so the evidence can be gathered and at some time examined. It's even funnier that the other paid consultants are required to defend the company against legal suits. That is funny because fines and judgements if levied will be levied directly against the individuals not the company. I go with the "box of rocks"senario. CHEERS!
