This clears up nothing because he didn't say anything besides we already know. It would have been much better to delete his answers immediately, imo
Not even a six-pack can make this any better.

Can you name a market that does not require UL approval??
Every sale in Canada and the US would require this approval I believe.
It leaves market niches that may not be a good business model for a launch.
I sense a problem with attaining UL approval in Robert's words.

I respectfully submit that any thinking person may suggest that some markets do not require UL and that they would provide a logical “launch” for the product.

Water Boy, I really appreciate the posts from Robert and believe what he has shared is invaluable for investors to understand the current situation and the value of our enterprise. Let's keep that post alive and in the forefront of discussions this coming week.

It's important to keep a level head and not panic. I will not sell my shares at the current level and have renewed faith in our enterprise with Robert's comments, and of course understanding the fundamentals from my own due diligence. There are people who come and go on this board and we know there are some who just appear from nowhere with the intent to create fear/panic and convince investors to sell. I encourage everyone to keep their senses and make intelligent decisions about your investment. In my opinion, what is most important is whether or not we can have trust in Robert. I've mentioned before that I believe we will have a new CEO and investor relations rep in the coming weeks. Of course, this is just my opinion but common sense dictates this must occur. Once it does, we'll be getting back to the business of bringing a microwave tankless water heater to market.

For those having doubts...I just want to share again what I believe is true...

Robert Simoneau is a decent, honorable guy, and a family man who has his priorities in the right place. He's not a scam artist as some recent posters might imply and is a true innovator. He's the most important asset we have!

Robert worked with Bruno Zocalli and Design 1st to finalize the Single-Cavity Unit (one magnetron connected to a controller and many-times improved upon heat exchanger) which is the heart of all future products. Robert has shared that their in-house testing comfirms the efficiency exceeds what he originally set out to do. In his words, "I'm not worried at all about the efficiency".

The Multi-Cavity Unit is the first completed product they will bring to market. From my understanding, this product takes a number of Single-Cavity Units added to the controller to make the first point-of-use product. This is the unit that will be sent to the ultimate manufacturer - and I do believe it will be the manufacturer who will finish up the rest of the UL process. However, already having a relationship with UL benefits the process greatly as UL already understands the design and can accelerate the acceptance of the test results from the manufacturer. I believe Robert has had a plan all along and it's very logical when you understand what they are doing.

I have faith in Robert and his abilities. Sadly, there are a few WDRP issues that must be worked through but I'm confident they will be resolved.

Many months ago, I called Design 1st personally and spoke with Ian Kayser who is director of Operations. He was specifically mentioned in a PR. I confirmed they are working with Robert on the microwave water heater and posted the results of that brief confirmation.

Another poster mentioned they will call UL on Monday and I encourage them to do that. I have no doubt that they will confirm the information is valid.

I know Robert will be back on August 8 and will return with some new ideas. I haven't confirmed this for sure but have heard his 400,000,000 shares (out of 642,500,000) are voting shares. If this is true, then he can effectively dictate the outcome in this situation and many have been working very hard to assist him to help investors and the company make it through this difficult period. Time will tell on this topic.

I am sorry I won't be able to post anything more over the coming week. I'll be heading into the mountains backpacking and, perhaps for the best will have limited access to the internet.

Once I return I'll catch up and post more. Peace, Brian.
