I post NOTHING but the FACTS. If R. Michael Lagow and Michael Gelmon are trying to grow the COMPANY at the DILUTIVE expense of SHAREHOLDERS, then that truth needs to be made very clear.

Come the time that management gets off their collective bums and realizes they are running a PUBLICLY traded company that has a fiduciary responsibility to it's shareholders, my educated and very informed opinion (based on facts), may take a reversal.
Till that time, Safeguard Security Holdings (the company), is doing quite well. SSHS (the stock) is not. In fact, the CEO is killing it on purpose by using shareholders to pay it's bills.
But you clearly know all of this...
