Yes, and Tom Carpenter is still an analyst more than 2 years after the quoted report. TC has issued several subsequent reports and has not revisited the issue. How about his overwhelming majority of investors claim, when the number of votes he received amounted to less than a third of the shares issued and eligible to vote. He is around 25 mil votes shy of the votes necessary to effect the declassification of the IDCC BOD.
